This course is ideal for anyone working with or supporting digital products and services—whether in IT, product development, user experience, operations, or business leadership. ITIL 5 is designed to support a wide range of roles across modern digital organisations.

No prior ITIL experience is required. Participants may attend with any professional background and are encouraged to bring curiosity and a willingness to explore new ways of working.
