Prompt Lab: From Prompting to Productivity

Course 5210

Duration: Less than a day
Language: English
Level: Foundation

This lab-based workshop provides a focused deep dive into practical AI prompting techniques designed to streamline time-consuming, repetitive tasks across business user roles. Rather than emphasising theory, the experience centers on real-world scenarios and job-specific use cases, enabling participants to apply AI immediately to the work that consumes the most effort in their daily workflows.

Learners engage directly with modern AI tools to analyse recurring tasks, design effective prompts, test outcomes, and refine results in guided lab environments. Each activity is grounded in authentic workplace scenarios such as documentation drafting, data summarisation, communication workflows, and reporting, ensuring outcomes translate directly to measurable productivity gains.
